Processing Time: All our products are handmade and 3D printed to order.

• Standard items & small sets: 1–7 business days
• Full Table & Master Sets: up to 14 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping: We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 — delivered within 2 business days after dispatch
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — delivered next business day after dispatch

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via Royal Mail International. Delivery times after dispatch:

• Europe & Rest of the World: up to 14 days

All international orders are fully tracked.

Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the UK, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at origins.studio.3d@gmail.com, and we will investigate immediately.

Important: All products are made from eco-friendly PLA material using 3D printing technology. Due to the nature of made-to-order production, we do not hold pre-made stock.
