All of our products are carefully manufactured in-house using high-quality materials and made-to-order production methods to ensure consistent quality, reduced waste, and a more sustainable approach to manufacturing.

Unlike mass-produced retail products, most Origin·S Studio items are produced on demand. This allows us to maintain a high level of print quality while reducing unnecessary overproduction and material waste.

Our manufacturing process focuses on:

Many of our products use recyclable PLA-based materials, which environmentally conscious 3D printing production commonly uses.

🇬🇧 UK Delivery

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom using tracked courier and postal services.

Estimated delivery times:

- TCG Accessories & Deck Boxes: 2–5 working days

- Wargaming Terrain Orders: 3–10 working days depending on order size and quantity

- Large or custom orders may require additional production time before dispatch

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


🌍 International Shipping

International shipping may be available for selected products and locations.

Please note:

- Shipping costs are calculated during checkout

- International delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services

- Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs charges, import taxes, VAT, or local handling fees


🧼 Terrain & Accessory Care

We recommend following these care guidelines to help maintain the quality and longevity of your terrain, deck boxes, and tabletop accessories.

Cleaning

Products can be cleaned using:

- soft dry cloth

- A soft brush

- Low-pressure compressed air for detailed terrain pieces

Please avoid:

- Harsh chemicals

- Alcohol-based cleaners

- Excessive moisture or soaking


☀️ Heat & Sunlight

3D printed PLA products should be kept away from:

- Direct sunlight for extended periods

- Radiators or heaters

- Hot vehicles or enclosed warm environments

Excessive heat exposure may cause warping or deformation over time.


📦 Storage Recommendations

For best long-term preservation:

- Store terrain on flat surfaces

- Avoid stacking excessive weight on detailed scenery pieces

- Keep deck boxes dry and protected during transport

- Store accessories away from extreme temperatures

Foldable terrain should be folded and stored carefully to minimise stress on hinge areas and moving parts.


📦 Returns, Consumer Rights & Order Issues

In accordance with UK and European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unused and in their original condition

- Products should be returned in the original packaging where possible

- Items must not show signs of misuse, modification, damage, or excessive wear

- Custom or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged on arrival

Before returning any item, customers must contact us first to discuss the issue and receive return instructions.


🚚 Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for:

- Arranging return shipping

- Purchasing any required shipping labels

- Packaging items safely during return transit

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return delivery.

Due to the nature of advanced 3D printing manufacturing, there are several important considerations to keep in mind:

- Small variations between prints can naturally occur

- Colours may appear slightly different depending on material batches and screen settings

These characteristics are a normal part of the production process and contribute to the unique nature of each individually manufactured item.
